What we offer our Apprentices
An Apprenticeship is an opportunity to earn a salary as an employee while gaining valuable knowledge and skills. At Boliden Tara Mines we offer 3 types of Apprenticeships (Construction Plant Fitter, Electrical / Instrumentation and Geo Drilling).
You will learn both on the job and in the college setting while being paid throughout.
We offer an exceptional Apprenticeship where you will be assigned a mentor upon commencement of employment and will receive excellent training opportunities in all aspects of the Mine (both surface based and in the Mine).
Within Boliden Tara Mines our Apprenticeships have offered a platform for career progression for many of our employees.
